We want to offer your team the best possible dining experience. Our chef prepares wonderful menus and buffets based on seasonal and natural ingredients. We use traditional food preparation methods such as smoking, flaming and charcoal grilling. When you come in the morning, you might see smoke rising from Viilatehdas’s grill, which the kitchen has woken up to heat up early in the morning so that the roasts can be prepared for the evening diners. The most important thing for us is the authentic taste of the food, and we invest in this especially by making the food to a great extent ourselves.

Supper and Dinner events:

Autumn is coming and with it our new, delicious menus. We want to offer you and your group the opportunity to enjoy the flavors of the new harvest together, with our shareable three-course menus. These menus are specially designed for groups of 10-30 people and are served to your table on planks.

If you are looking for special experiences, you should look towards the fireplace menu. Viilatehdas’s unique Fireplace Dinner offers warmth, togetherness and delicious food. The food is prepared for you in the fireplace, and you can watch the preparation from the front row seats. The fireplace menu can always be enjoyed by groups of 60 people or smaller.

For large groups, our buffet table offers a variety of flavours made from the best ingredients of the season. Our buffet is the absolute number one e.g. for summer parties. The autumn buffet is suitable for groups of 30 people as well as several hundred guests!

The menus contain delicious dishes made from seasonal ingredients, which are suitable for enjoying on cooling autumn evening. Just choose the most suitable option for your group!

EXPERIENCE FIREPLACE MENU

Surprise your customers or your team with the historical atmosphere of the Vanha Viilatehdas (“Old File Factory”) and a dinner bursting with flavors. An experiential fireplace menu is prepared for you and enjoyed in the glow of Vanha Viilatehtas’s fireplace.
